User Experience (UX) Intern

About the Role

The UX Design team is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative UX Design intern to contribute to creating intuitive and user-friendly digital products. As an intern, you'll get hands-on experience designing for real-world applications and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of experts.

Here's what you should know if you want to be a UX Design intern at Prontastic:

On any given day, you might-

• Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to support product and feature design.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to create cohesive user experiences.
• Help develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to enhance user interaction.
• Present design concepts and research findings to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

The Ideal Person

• Has a strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Is proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), and collaboration platforms like Miro or FigJam.
• Has a solid grasp of responsive design and designing for both mobile and web platforms.
• Is detail-oriented with a strong focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly designs.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment and is open to feedback and learning.
• Has excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Is adaptable and eager to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You Bring

• A portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and user research insights.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• An eagerness to learn and grow within the field of UX design.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
